Delete your account

You can delete your MeLocaly account in the app: on the Profile tab, open the card with your name, tap “Delete my account” at the bottom of “Edit profile” and confirm.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address, phone number, password, birth date and profile picture
• Your reviews and their photos, your reports and blocks
• Your venue connections, inbox and sign-ins
• Notices about you at the venues and the notes in your reservations

Points you collected can no longer be used; upcoming reservations are cancelled.

What stays

Bills, orders, points records and past reservations that venues must keep stay, without your name or contact details. Your data leaves our backups within 30 days.

If you run a venue, write to us about handing it over before deleting your account.

Can’t open the app?

Write to [email protected] from your account’s email address; we delete the account within a month.
